Nicole Palmer is the owner and artistic director of RAVE DANCE COMPLEX. She holds her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in contemporary dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA). Nicole has been teaching and choreographing for many years at numerous studios throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and New York. Nicole has taught at the FESTIVAL OF DANCE hosted by UNCSA in 2019 and 2020. She has experience judging dance competitions, judging auditions for multiple dance studios, and judging dance auditions at Central Academy of Technology & Arts (CATA). Not only has Nicole judged for Epic Dance Showcase competitions, but she was a dance teacher for Epic's convention in Gatlinburg, Tennessee in 2021. Originally from Queens, New York, Nicole began her dance training, and continued as a competition dancer once she relocated to North Carolina. She has received numerous top overalls, scholarships, and titles during her competition journey. For her high school career, Nicole attended CATA, being a part of the dance program. Nicole has a passion for teaching all ages and levels, choreographing, and sharing her love for the art with others, while training kids to be the best they can be.
Kaitlyn Brantley, originally from Indian Trail, North Carolina, started her dance journey at the age of three. Graduating as a double major from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), she attained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Dance alongside a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science, showcasing her commitment to both artistic and scientific disciplines. As a competitive dancer, she was awarded many achievements, including numerous overalls, titles, and recognition as an Inspire All-Star in 2021. Kaitlyn has been teaching and choreographing for several years for students of diverse ages and abilities. For high school, Kaitlyn attended Central Academy of Technology and Arts (CATA) where she was a part of the Performing Arts Academy for dance. Holding certification in Acrobatic Arts, Kaitlyn has undergone rigorous training to ensure the safety and efficacy of her instruction in acrobatics and tumbling. Complementing her expertise, she maintains certifications in First Aid and CPR, underscoring her commitment to fostering a secure and nurturing learning environment.
